Downgrading your Eaze subscription can only be done at the end of the billing period, which is one year.
Since your account is tied to a domain name, which follows an industry-standard annual billing cycle, you can only downgrade your account once the domain billing cycle has ended and is ready for renewal. At this point, you can renew your domain on a downgraded subscription plan.
